Security Policies:
This Web site takes every precaution to protect our users' information.
When you send sensitive information (such as your credit card number) to us via our order form that information is encrypted and protected with SSL, the current industry-standard encryption protocol. When you are on such an SSL-protected page, a picture of a closed lock appears at the bottom or top of some Web browsers. At other times this lock appears open. Another way to tell if you are on a secure page is to look at the address or URL of the page. (Look in the address box or right-click on the page and select "Properties".) These secure SSL-encrypted pages have URL's that start with https:// instead of http://.
Payment Options
Your credit card it billed when you place your order and you MUST print a receipt when you have completed your order. No receipt will be mailed with your order as we do not have access to your www.iluvTrollbeads.com account, nor do we ever have access to your credit card information. All of your credit card information is processed directly by you and our credit card processing company to ensure complete security.

We cannot ship orders COD.
Taxes
Orders being shipped to Florida addresses are required to pay a 6% sales tax on taxable merchandise. This tax will be included in your total when you checkout.
Shipping Policy
We ship our orders using United States Postal Service (USPS). When placing an order you must provide us with your complete address where you receive US Postal Mail in the Shipping Information section of the checkout form.
Free Shipping
We offer free First Class USPS shipping. If you request a faster delivery option you will be billed for the expidited service of USPS Priority (2-3 day) or USPS Express (1-2 day).
Insurance Fee
A $2.00 insurance fee will be added to every order to cover the insurance cost placed on your order in case it is lost by the USPS. Even if a customer places two orders right after each other, the orders may be combined into one shipment, but you will still be billed the $2.00 insurance fee for each order. No refunds will be given for the additional insurance charge.
All orders will have a delivery confirmation number assigned to it so that we can verify that the order has been delivered to the specified address on the order. No insurance claims will be processed or refunds given by this company if we have verified proof from the USPS that your order has been delivered. After we print the postage for your order, you will receive an email confirmation that your order has shipped and the delivery confirmation number will be included in that email. You may go to www.USPS.com to check the status of your order by inserting the Delivery Confirmation number in the Track & Confirm box towards the top right of the www.USPS.com website.
Delivery Time
Orders for in-stock items are generally shipped within 24–72 hours from the receipt of your order and payment. Orders received after 12:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.
Orders for custom or special-order products may require additional lead time, and orders containing out-of-stock items will be shipped when the entire contents of your order is available. You will be contacted with an approximate ship date in these cases.
Shipping time depends upon the destination address. Unfortunately we have no control over delays in shipping resulting from the carrier. Delivery estimates do not include our lead time in preparing your order. However, for rush shipments we will make every effort to ship the order by the next business day.
International Shipments (Including Canada)
We do not ship to Canada or outside of the United States.
Returns
Sometimes returns are necessary for items that you purchase from us. That's why we make it easy for you. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return.
Please understand that we can only accept items for return that are in their original condition. Any jewelry box, polishing cloth or label MUST accompany the item to be returned.
On ALL ORDERS which we have offered free shipping there will be a 10% restocking charge ($5.00 minimum charge) to cover the free shipping and processing fees that InStyle Accessories, LLC has incurred in processing your order.
All returns require prior approval; we will refuse to accept any items returned to us without prior approval. The cost of returning items to us is the responsibility of the customer. Returned items must be received 14 days after notifying us of the return or they will not be eligible for a refund.
We will refund the purchase price, less the re-stocking charge, of the returned items only. Any express shipping costs and/or insurance fees incurred at time of order are not refundable.
Exchanges
Sometimes exchanges for items that you purchase from us are necessary. That's why we make it easy for you. Please contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order to arrange a return.
For exchanges, the same rules as above apply. The customer is responsible for delivery charges to return the item to us as well as a restocking fee. In most cases, the exchanges pertain to jewelry that was originally shipped to the customer for free. In the case of a jewelry exchange, the customer pays the return shipping charges + $5.00 to ship a new item out and restock the incorrect item. All other exchanges may result in a different fee.
Canceling or Changing an Order
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We are generally able to make changes to orders as long as they have not been shipped. However, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to change or cancel any order after it has been placed. Please be sure to include your order number in any change or cancellation requests.
Damaged & Defective Items
Nothing is more annoying than receiving an order that was damaged during shipping or an item that is defective. We strive to inspect each item prior to shipping an order. If an item arrives at your door damaged or defective, we will either replace the item if possible, ship out a completely new item at our expense, or refund the cost of your order. Simply contact us within 5 days of receipt of your order and we will do everything possible to make sure you receive a replacement or refund as soon as possible. Please provide a phone number or email address where we may get in touch with you when you contact us. If your items were damaged in shipping, please make sure you keep the damaged items in the original packing materials and box in case an inspection is necessary by the shipper.
Privacy Policy
InStyle Accessories, LLC and www.iluvTrollbeads.com does not share, sell or trade email addresses, information collected as part of a survey or specific details about you or your household. We do not contribute to or participate in shared or cooperative databases, which give other companies access to your personal information. We do not release credit card or financial information for use by other companies. We do not store credit card information. For privacy purposes, all information relating to our customers is stored on a highly secure server.
